We are looking for a passionate and data-driven E-commerce Staff to manage online sales channels and digital marketing activities. This role involves optimizing marketplace performance, managing online campaigns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.
- Manage sales operations and daily activities across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle customer service, feedback, and reviews across digital channels.
- Maintain product listings, visuals, and content in line with campaign themes.
- Coordinate with marketplace PICs for promotions and brand activations.
- Execute paid ads (Marketplace, Meta, Google, TikTok) and optimize keywords.
- Monitor inventory, update product availability, and analyze campaign results.
- Manage live streaming activities and create performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing / E-commerce.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Pixel, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical, responsible, and creative mindset.
- Understanding of manufacturing or retail market trends.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Willing to work at Jatake, Tangerang.
