About the role:
This role will join the E-Commerce Sales team to deliver revenue growth by acquiring new qualified clients/brand acquisition from multiple industry sectors with various product categories. Act as a trusted partner for clients/brands to develop or optimize their omnichannel eCommerce business/online sales through Shipper-Aloshop solutions.

What Will You Do:

  • Identify potential clients, examine risks, leverage networks in the targeted market, and work with related teams to appropriately research on the prospective client's E-Commerce business needs
  • Implement sales strategies set by management and develop structured tactical execution in the client acquisition phase, including negotiating, closing medium & large enterprise agreements with the client, and establishing a long-term relationship
  • Provide consultative sales solutions for client in initiating engagement and eventually become their trusted partner for advice and solutions of E-Commerce enablement service, Digital solutions, SaaS, or even E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting discovery, solution proposing, negotiating, and closing, including creating and maintaining all progress in the CRM
  • Build a solid pipeline of qualified sales opportunities and proactively follow up leads, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and representingthe company and eCommerce sales department in a professional manner
  • Deliver individual targets - GMV, revenue, gross profit targets for new client acquisition and increasing client acquisition rate through various routes to market
  • Partner with the Project Sales team and other related internal teams to create a contract-winning proposal for prospective clients
  • Represent the company and E-commerce sales department at trade fairs and networking events
  • Closely working with multiple internal stakeholders but are not limited to E-commerce Sales Project team, Marketing, E-Commerce Operations, Finance, Legal, Fulfillment Operations, etc.
  • Provide periodic reports and perform other related duties that may be assigned by superior

What Are The Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from related fields
  • Minimum 4 years as an experienced professional in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and min. 1 year with demonstrated achievement in the industry of E-Commerce Enablement Solutions, Digital Agency, Omnichannel Platform, SaaS, or e-commerce logistics & Fulfillment
  • Come up with an established network of Commercial team (Marketing & Sales), Supply Chain, and Procurement connections in medium to large enterprises
  • Competence in E-Commerce Enablement deals, Digital Solutions, SaaS to medium and large enterprise audiences. Would be preferred if she/he also has experience in selling E-Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet, Excel, PowerPoint/G-slide and experienced in working with CRM / Sales platform tools
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and influencing skills, including business presentation skill
  • Language knowledge, fluent in English, Bahasa and other languages is a plus
  • Thorough and organized mindset, persistent, attention to detail and the ability to maintain poise and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
