E-Commerce & Revenue Specialist - Villa Portfolio

We're Hiring | E-Commerce & Revenue Specialist – Villa Portfolio As K-Club Group continues to expand its villa portfolio in Bali, we are looking to add another talented professional to our Revenue & E-Commerce team.

We are seeking an E-Commerce & Revenue Specialist with strong hands-on experience in villa or hospitality distribution, particularly across Airbnb and other major OTA platforms. This is a commercially focused role for someone who understands how pricing, positioning, availability and conversion work together to drive revenue.

Your Role

Working as part of our existing Revenue & E-Commerce team, you will help maximise occupancy, ADR and overall revenue performance across K-Club Group's managed villa portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise villa listings across Airbnb and other OTA channels
• Monitor and adjust rates based on demand, seasonality, booking pace and market conditions
• Manage availability, minimum stays, promotions and last-minute strategies
• Optimise listing content, positioning and presentation to improve conversion
• Monitor competitor pricing and market performance
• Analyse occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking lead times and revenue performance
• Identify underperforming properties and recommend corrective strategies
• Maintain rate and inventory accuracy across channels
• Work closely with the existing Revenue, Reservations and Operations teams
• Support the continued growth of K-Club Group's managed villa portfolio

Who We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Airbnb and other major OTAs
• Previous experience in villas, hotels or hospitality e-commerce/revenue management
• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing and revenue optimisation
• Commercial and analytical mindset
• Comfortable working with multiple properties simultaneously
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
• Experience with PMS, channel management and dynamic pricing systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the Bali villa market is highly desirable
