If you are someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in campaign planning, content strategy, or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Ability to translate business objectives into compelling campaign concepts that drive engagement and sales
  • Up-to-date with e-commerce and marketing industry trends, and able to identify opportunities to apply best practices
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

And you are ready to be:

  • Conceptualize and plan strong and on-brand campaign content to improve both seller performance and user experience through category-specific and cross-category campaigns
  • Oversee a range of campaigns including flash sales, daily deals, and regional mega-campaigns Coordinate across business functions to ensure successful execution of campaigns, driving awareness, engagement, and sales
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of the platform and adjust business and design plans accordingly Provide campaign performance insights, key learnings, and recommendations for improving future campaigns to category merchandising and other teams
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and share best practices throughout the organization
  • Manage projects in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Director of Category, VP Campaign Management, Business Intelligence, Creative, Social Media, and Customer Experience teams
  • Develop and lead the overall livestream & short video content strategy, aligned with category goals and seasonal campaigns
  • Oversee planning, production, and execution of livestream sessions, ensuring high-quality content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions
