Lead and oversee daily operations of the all brand website, ensuring smooth execution and optimal performance
Develop and execute website sales strategies to achieve revenue, traffic, and conversion targets, including feature enhancements, UI/UX optimization, and platform scaling
Monitor and take accountability for key website KPIs, including conversion rate (CR), average order value (AOV), bounce rate, and site speed
Manage website merchandising, content updates, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution
Analyze website performance (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, funnel performance) and provide actionable insights
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MD, Marketing, IT, Warehouse, Customer Service) to ensure seamless operations
Own website campaign planning, including double dates, brand events, and exclusive web promotions
Ensure website UX, product presentation, and customer journey align with brand standards
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommendations for management
Monitor website issues and work closely with tech partners to resolve bugs or performance gaps
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
4–6 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years managing website operations
Proven track record of managing high-traffic e-commerce websites using Shopify or similar tools
Strong understanding of website analytics (GA, conversion funnel, UX metrics)
Experience in campaign planning and revenue-driven execution
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Highly analytical, structured, and result-oriented
Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
