As an e-Commerce Team, you will be responsible for leading e-commerce strategy and marketplace campaigns to drive online sales growth, optimize commercial performance, and manage channel P&L across multiple platforms.
What will you do
- E-commerce Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies, including marketing exposure and promotional initiatives, aligned with business objectives to achieve monthly online sales targets.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Marketplace Collaboration: Work closely with marketplace account managers and cross-brand partners to maximize campaign opportunities, visibility, and commercial performance.
- Budget Planning & P&L Management: Manage the online retail channel P&L, ensuring delivery of both short-term and long-term business plans while maintaining performance within the approved budget.
What are we looking for
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing brands and/or campaigns on e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong track record in developing and executing sales-driving strategies that deliver measurable business growth.
- Solid understanding of current e-commerce trends, marketplace operations, promotional mechanics, and digital commerce best practices.
- Analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
