Your Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain & Optimize: Manage the existing frontend for our 4 Shopify stores, handling updates, bug fixes, and feature requests using Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
- Lead the Migration: Architect and execute the strategic migration of our 4 distinct shops into a unified, scalable frontend solution (moving from 4 separate templates to 1 master template with unique theming).
- Build the Future (Headless): Lead the R&D and implementation of our future Headless Commerce stack using Next.js and React, ensuring our shops are fast, modern, and future-proof.
- Own the Experience: Translate UI/UX designs into high-performance, responsive code, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across mobile and desktop.
- Launch & Support: Manage the end-to-end deployment process for the new sites, ensuring SEO preservation and zero downtime.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with a strong focus on E-Commerce.
- Shopify Expert: Deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, Liquid templating, and the Storefront API.
- Modern Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (essential for our headless transition).
- Migration Experience: Proven ability to refactor legacy code and consolidate multiple websites into a single, maintainable codebase.
- Design Eye: You can bridge the gap between design and engineering, implementing pixel-perfect UIs without constant guidance.
- Strong English skills (spoken and written).
