E-Commerce Admin Intern (Paid)

Location: Green Lake City, Tangerang

Duration: 6 Months

Working Arrangement: 9 AM – 6 PM | Full WFO

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Open to undergraduate students, fresh graduates, or candidates with no prior work experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to solve problems effectively.
• Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
• Interested in digital platforms, online retail, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in managing Shopee and TikTok Shop operations, including product listing, product selection, store evaluation, event registration, and logistics tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with after-sales issues to ensure a good customer experience.
• Work closely with the team to improve store performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities to support store strategies.
