We are Hiring: E-Commerce Account Manager
We're looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to manage our partner's apparel brands across the Indonesia market on three major platforms: TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
You'll be responsible for the full spectrum of e-commerce operations from product listing management to promotions, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring.
You'll work closely with our Marketing, Designer, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless storefront experience, maintain brand consistency across platforms, and drive conversion improvements.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple platforms simultaneously, and has a sharp eye for what makes shoppers click checkout.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of brand storefronts across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada (product uploads, pricing, stock sync, and catalog updates).
- Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and category placement to improve search ranking and discoverability on each platform.
- Plan, set up, and execute platform campaigns and promotions (e.g., flash sales, vouchers, free shipping campaigns, payday sales, mega campaigns like 6.6, 9.9, 11.11, 12.12).
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, return rate) and take action to improve results.
- Coordinate with the Designer team to ensure all visual assets (banners, product images, storefront decorations) are on-brand and optimized per platform specs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to align on campaign calendars, paid traffic strategies, and content plans (including TikTok live and affiliate programs).
- Handle customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A sections to maintain a positive store reputation and high seller ratings.
- Stay updated on each platform's policies, algorithm changes, and new features, and adapt store strategy accordingly.
- Manage order fulfillment workflows in coordination with CS/Ops to ensure timely processing, low cancellation rates, and minimal penalties.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- S1 (Bachelor's degree) or D3 (Diploma) in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce account management role, preferably managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop for the Indonesia market. Experience in the apparel/fashion category is a plus.
- Proactive, target-driven, and resilient as well as thrives in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.
- Removes blockers, asks questions when stuck, cares about progress.
- Comfortable using digital tools (apps, WhatsApp, etc.) for tracking and reporting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
