Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, Indonesia. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all customers and staff. Responsibilities include staff coordination, supervising the cleanliness and functionality of the facility, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining inventory of retail items and refreshments, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role will also involve assisting in managing events and activities while fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience with skills in staff coordination and day-to-day operations oversight
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for lifestyle, wellness, and fitness industries
• Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle facilities is advantageous but not essential
• Physically able and willing to assist with basic guest service tasks (e.g. towel or amenity delivery).
