Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Duty Manager based in Bali, Indonesia. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, supervising front desk operations, and overseeing the safety and security of the property. The Duty Manager will also collaborate with department heads to achieve operational goals and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in guest relations, customer service, and hospitality operations
- Ability to manage and coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and lead training
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and operational systems
- Knowledge of health, safety, and security procedures within a hospitality setting
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a hospitality or luxury service environment is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
