Your Role:
- Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various sectors
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand job specifications and organizational needs
- Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, creating a positive experience
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools to attract high-quality talent efficiently
- Contribute to team discussions, providing insightful ideas and strategies for enhancing recruitment processes
- Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to develop your recruitment expertise
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team
- Willingness to relocate to Indonesia, supported by our comprehensive paid relocation package
- Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece
