Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Due Diligence & Corporate Enquiries Supervisor to lead and coordinate due diligence and corporate investigation projects across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. This role combines case management, team leadership, quality oversight, and business development to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Case Management: Allocate workloads, monitor case progress, review investigation plans and reports against Case Briefs, and ensure quality, timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Supervise, brief, coach, and assess Analysts across Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand while supporting workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Drive Quality & Research Excellence: Ensure effective use of research methodologies, information sources, external resources, and subject-matter experts to support high-quality investigations.
  • Support Product & Department Development: Contribute to annual plans, budgets, new products, research initiatives, benchmarking, training, and improvements to investigation tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Operations, Quality, HR, Sales, and other departments on investigations, recruitment, training, quality improvements, and client requirements.
  • Advise & Report: Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations, highlight issues and risks, and recommend solutions or opportunities for improvement.
  • Hands-on Support: Participate directly in case handling when required, particularly during periods of high workload.

What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, International Relations, Investigations, Research, Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in due diligence, corporate investigations, intelligence, research, background screening, compliance, or a related field, with supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong experience in case management, investigative research, report review, and project coordination.
  • Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, and relevant information from multiple sources.
  • Strong English communication and report-writing skills; Bahasa Indonesia required. Additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Experience managing or coordinating regional or multi-country teams is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand and respond to client objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, research tools, and digital platforms; experience with investigation or case management systems is a plus.
  • Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple cases and priorities.
  • High standards of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
