Analyze fundamental problems in Operational and fulfillment based on North Star Metric rate that mainly come from Operational on the ground side and think strategically about the long-term solution and execute it by working together with other stakeholders.
Coordinates with various business units & vertical Operations to initiate projects/tasks, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or similar fields will be a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence from a logistic, e-commerce or consultant background.
Experience leading by influence, and success in being a driver of change in an organization.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement and implementation.
Proficiency in technical project management with customer focus.
A strong leader with an ability to ideate, innovate and implement.
