Lead and define ARKA's overall creative and visual direction (for lead position)
Develop and oversee creative designs across various formats, including but not limited to 3D design, animation, motion graphics, and visual assets, for:
Drone show drama
Client pitch decks and presentations
Concept videos and motion content
Marketing and branding materials
Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all creative outputs.
Collaborate with Sales and Project teams to understand client objectives and deliver visually strong solutions.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate the creative/design team.
Ensure all creative outputs align with ARKA's creative standards.
Continuously explore and implement new creative approaches and visual ideas.
Job Requirements
:Minimum 35 years of experience in creative design, preferably in a Senior or Lead role
.Mandatory: Strong proficiency in 3D design and animation
.Proficient in at least one major 3D software such as Maya or Blender
.Proficient in After Effects for motion and animation
.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, dramatic pacing, and show sequencing
.Able to translate creative briefs into clear and visually compelling concepts
.Proven ability to lead, review, and guide a creative team (for lead position
)Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
.A portfolio showcasing 3D and animation work is required
