Driver Management Specialist - Taxi Industry

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end driver management process, from sourcing and onboarding to ongoing performance management.
• Manage driver compensation, incentives, and other related programs.
• Coordinate driver shift arrangements and workforce allocation to support daily operations.
• Monitor and evaluate driver performance, productivity, and compliance.
• Handle driver-related operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with drivers to support driver engagement and retention.
• Identify opportunities to improve driver management processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have previous or current experience working in the taxi industry.
• Hands-on experience in Driver Management, Driver Operations, Driver Recruitment, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of driver sourcing, onboarding, training, compensation, shift management, and performance management.
• Experience working directly with or managing a large number of drivers is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with different stakeholders and handle driver-related operational challenges.
