Job Description:

Managing driver schedule compliance
Ensure availability of driver as the target of driver roster
Enhance driver knowledge, skills and behavior through Driver Training, Evaluation, Coaching & Performance Improvement initiatives
Provide Continuous Problem Solving to Identify issues, solve and prevention
Responsible to achieve Driver Scorecard KPI
Standardize & Develop DM Supervisor knowledge, skill and capabilities
Conduct regular daily, weekly & Monthly Performance Review to ensure Scorecard KPI achieved
Collaboration with other function to execute Project related Optimization & Expansion

Requirements:

Have 5 to 10 years of experience in the transport, logistics, and driver management sector, with most recent position held at a managerial level would be an advantage
A minimum of a diploma degree is required
Must be willing to travel for business purposes.
