This is a full-time on-site position based in Bali, Indonesia. The Drafter will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for new and existing projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing blueprints, revising designs according to feedback, ensuring compliance with local building codes, and collaborating with the design team to develop innovative and functional spaces. Attention to detail and precise execution are crucial to the success of this role. The Drafter will play a key role in ensuring the visual and structural integrity of our projects.

• Proficiency in drafting software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong understanding of architectural design and construction methods
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes in Indonesia
• Attention to detail and ability to create technical drawings with precision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively in a professional setting
• Degree or certification in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in hospitality or property development projects is an added advantage
• Familiarity with sustainability and eco-friendly design principles is desirable
