Prepare & revise technical drawings using CAD software (2D / 3D)
Explain the drawing to field implementers regarding the design / shape in detail
Calculates bid volume and price based on 2D, 3D images, and layouts
Make a project cost plan calculation
Ensure the distribution of drawing runs well and ensure the construction result in accordance with the drawing plan
Supervise and support other project duties

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience required
Expert with design tools (AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other architectural drafting tools)
Knowledge in estimating construction volume & make a detailed RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
Experienced in handling retail construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Familiar with MEP Installation
Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta but willing to travel on frequent site visits (across Indonesia)
