About You
We are seeking a Drafter with strong capabilities in Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of professional experience in drafting and modeling, supporting structural teams in delivering accurate, coordinated, and compliant project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models using Revit for structural, architectural, and civil projects.
- Produce detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documents in compliance with project standards and codes.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate representation of design intent.
- Assist in model coordination, clash detection, and integration with other disciplines.
- Maintain drawing and model standards, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.
- Support senior staff in preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.
- Update and revise models/drawings based on feedback, redlines, and design changes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in drafting/modeling, preferably in structural or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).
- Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other drafting/modeling tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
