Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Semarang for a Drafter specializing in Architecture & Interior. The Drafter will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and construction documentation. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the planning process, collaborating with team members, translating design concepts into technical drawings, and ensuring all drafts adhere to project specifications and relevant guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Solid knowledge of Architecture and Planning principles
• Skilled in precision drafting and creating detailed technical drawings
• Familiarity with drawing tools and software, as well as advanced drafting techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines
• Previous experience with architectural or interior design projects is a plus
