The Opportunity
As a Drafter, your responsibilities will include liaising with architects to gather project and structural requirements, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling & rendering apps.
Job Description
- Detailing FIT HUB conceptual design from SPV
- Prepare drawings from design supervisors for the project purpose
- 3D modeling and rendering
- Generate accessories to layout drawing
- Apply FIT HUB standards, guidelines, specifications, practices, and procedures in preparing design drawings.
- Archive CAD files in accordance with company standards.
- Regularly communicate and coordinate project activities with internal team members
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Architecture, Civil, or Interior Design is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in related fields (experience in Retail/Commercial Project is preferred)
- Expert in AUTOCAD, SketchUp & Enscape rendering
- Can work under pressure for the drawing deadline target
- Can do attitude is a must
