Downstream Replenishment Planning General Manager
(FMCG Distribution)
A strategic supply chain leader with strong expertise in downstream replenishment planning, inventory optimization, and distribution execution within FMCG environments. Responsible for leading end-to-end replenishment processes across distribution centers and branch networks to ensure product availability, optimal inventory health, and efficient supply flow from factory to market.
Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Downstream Replenishment Planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply planning within FMCG distribution environments.
- Proven capability in optimizing inventory to ensure high product availability while minimizing Out-of-Stock (OOS), overstock, and deadstock.
- Solid experience in managing supply allocation and distribution execution from factory to distribution centers and branches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach in fast-paced business environments.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in driving operational excellence across Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, and Warehouse functions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Management, or Distribution Planning.
- Minimum 5 years in senior managerial or leadership roles, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, retail distribution, or other high-volume supply chain industries.
- Proven experience in managing complex supply networks across multiple distribution centers and branch operations.
- Strong track record in improving service levels, inventory health, and supply chain efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/SAP, replenishment systems, and supply chain planning tools
- Advanced capability in data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience in managing forecast-to-replenishment cycle, from demand planning, PO creation, stock transfer planning, to final delivery execution.
