Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Berau, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia for a Dosen (Lecturer) at Politeknik Sinar Mas Berau Coal. The Dosen will be responsible for delivering lectures, developing curriculums, guiding student projects, and conducting research in their field of expertise. Responsibilities also include evaluating student performance, providing mentorship, and contributing to the academic and organizational development of the institution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in subject matter expertise, research, and academic teaching methodologies
- Ability to develop and deliver theoretical and practical course materials effectively
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills to support student development
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within an academic team
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (doctorate preferred) in IT/ Teknik Industri/Logistic, Teknik Mesin
- Relevant practical experience in industry or applied research is an advantage
- Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, with English language skills as an added benefit
- Should have Jabatan fungsional at Lektor level
