We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Donor Relations & Partnerships - Junior Officer to strengthen engagement with donors, partners, and alumni while supporting the organization's mission and long-term sustainability.
This role plays a key part in donor stewardship, partnership development, impact reporting, and alumni engagement. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, organized, and comfortable communicating in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Impact reporting, standardized communications style with donor, what are key points that have to be there in the proposal, ensure updated information regarding PJI is available for Program and everyone who needs this
Key Responsibilities
Donor & Partner Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with donors to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
- Coordinate donor visits, meetings, and recognition events.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new donors, corporate sponsors, and strategic partners.
- Support the Head of Communications & Partnerships in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
Impact Communication & Reporting
- Gather program data, visuals, and success stories to create compelling donor reports.
- Ensure donor-facing materials meet branding and messaging standards.
- Provide content for newsletters, social media, and other visibility channels.
Alumni Management
- Handle and maintain the alumni database to ensure accurate and updated information.
- Build strong relationships with JA Alumni in Indonesia.
- Coordinate alumni events, networking sessions, and mentorship initiatives.
- Highlight alumni achievements for donor and public communications.
Event & Campaign Support
- Support donor and alumni events, including invitations, guest lists, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with event and creative teams to meet visibility commitments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, partnership management, or similar roles (nonprofit experience preferred). Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent relationship-building, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
