Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Update connected date from RO database.
  2. Update PMO Uniq, DU ID from RPC database.
  3. Update PO Released based on Scarlett Syestem and BOQ.
  4. Monitor site from NY Connected, Integrated, Kom-date, eRFI, eLV, and OAC.
  5. Follow up issue regarding site mapping.
  6. Uploading QC signed on Scarlett system.

Key Requirements:

  1. Female & Male
  2. Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the Document Control position
  3. Not currently tied to work with the company
  4. Willing to work for the first contract period until 31 Mei 2022
  5. Can use Microsoft Excel with formulas and Pivot
  6. Willing to work in 6 days with minimum working hours 08:30 - 21:00
  7. The candidate is currently not in college
  8. If the candidate has a Telecomunication or Electrical background, this is preferred
  9. Has capability of communicating and influencing costumer
  10. Creating, maintaining, reporting database daily
  11. Having good coordination and communication skill
  12. Capable to perform multitasking work
