This position is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships between the hospital and its doctors (both internal and external/visiting physicians). This role ensures alignment between medical professionals and hospital management to support patient care quality, service excellence, and business growth.

- Primary Dutiesand Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with all affiliated doctors (full-time, part-time, and visiting consultants)
- Act as the primary liaison between doctors and hospital management
- Handle doctor concerns, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Foster long-term engagement and trust with key medical stakeholders.
Doctor Recruitment & Onboarding
- Monitor doctor performance, including:
- Patient volume
- Revenue contribution
- Service utilization
- Prepare periodic reports and insights for management review
- Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve doctor productivity
Business Development & Referral Management
- Build and strengthen referral networks with external doctors, clinics, and partners
- Support growth of hospital services through strategic doctor engagement
- Identify opportunities for new specialties, services, or collaborations
- Monitor and improve referral conversion rates
Doctor Engagement & Retention
- Plan and execute engagement programs (meetings, forums, appreciation events)
- Maintain high doctor satisfaction and retention levels
- Develop strategies to enhance doctor loyalty and long-term collaboration
- Support continuous communication between doctors and hospital teams
Operational Coordination
- Ensure doctors comply with hospital workflows, SOPs, and clinical protocols
- Coordinate scheduling, on-call rosters, and clinic sessions
- Work closely with nursing, operations, and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Resolve operational issues impacting doctor productivity or patient care
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and updated doctor database and documentation
- Support audits, accreditation, and regulatory inspections
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from doctors to improve hospital services and processes
- Recommend improvements in systems, facilities, and support services
Selection Criteria
Essential
- Bachelor's degree Healthcare Management or Medicine
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Hospital/healthcare industry.
- Experience in hospital pre-opening / commissioning
- Exposure to private hospital environment
- Familiar with Indonesian healthcare regulations
- Willing to be located in Depok, West Java
