Job Description
1. Regional Store Operations Coordination: Responsible for the management of stores in the designated area (directly-operated stores, authorized stores), develop sales plans, promote the achievement of sales targets, and increase market share in the area.
2. Regional Store Operations Management: Responsible for the implementation and verification of daily operational management standards in the stores of the designated area, follow-up and execution of marketing activities, and enhance brand image.
3. Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform, collaboratively promote regional business development, and establish good cooperative relationships with partners in the region (authorized store partners, suppliers, etc.).
4. Regional Store Planning and Expansion: Responsible for the planning of the store system in the designated area and store construction, working with store expansion collaboration to achieve regional store construction targets.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or above
2. More than 5 years of experience in the retail industry, over 3 years of regional management experience, experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with international retail operation models, with successful cases of regional business expansion and management.
