- dOperational Coordination: Manage directly operated and authorized stores, set sales plans and targets, and lead the region to achieve higher market share
- .Operational Implementation: Monitor daily store standards and market activities to maximize brand image and store efficiency
- .Team Empowerment: Lead the regional team, conduct training, build a talent pipeline, and increase the number of reliable personnel
- .Multi-Party Collaboration: Collaborate with new retail platforms to promote business, maintain good relationships with authorized dealers and suppliers, and ensure successful cooperation
- .Store Expansion: Plan the regional store system, work with the expansion team to achieve store opening goals, and expand the business footprint
.We are looking for someone like you
- :10+ years of sales/retail experience, 5+ years of regional management experience, consumer electronics industry preferre
- dUnderstand international retail practices, with successful case studies in regional business expansion/managemen
- tSkilled in project management, able to efficiently implement tasks
- .Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English as a working language
- .Bonus Points: 80-100 store management experience, store expansion experience, 3C industry experience
