Job Summary

As a District Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for the overall performance and operational health of your assigned district. You move beyond coordination into active leadership, monitoring route efficiency, outlet productivity, and the achievement of critical sales KPIs. You serve as a primary coach, spending significant time in the field to improve the selling effectiveness of your team and ensuring that merchandising and promotional standards are strictly upheld. You are the decision-maker for resolving escalated operational issues, managing stock replenishment cycles, and developing data-driven corrective action plans to address any performance gaps within the district.

Responsibilities

Supervise district-level sales operations

Monitor route performance, outlet productivity, and sales KPIs

Lead coaching to improve selling effectiveness and execution quality

Ensure merchandising and promotional standards are consistently applied

Resolve escalated operational issues

Conduct routine field visits

Coordinate stock replenishment

Prepare regular performance reviews and corrective action plans

Education

Bachelor's Degree (S1)
