Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with ERA Surabaya and other local partners in Surabaya and Bandung.
Conduct training sessions and provide regular updates related to selling Vidio subscriptions.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Supervise and manage two Sales Representatives.
Ensure KPIs are met, including sales targets, number of visits, and acquisition of new partners/agents.
Support the Marketing team during events held in Surabaya and Bandung.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales.
Proficient in Sundanese (for Bandung placement).
Proficient in Javanese (for Surabaya placement).
Currently domiciled in Bandung or Surabaya.
Willing to be placed in Bandung / Surabaya and nearby cities (e.g., Gresik, Sidoarjo, Cirebon, Sukabumi).
Female candidates are preferred.
