Regional store operation overall planning: Be responsible for the operation and management of stores (direct-operated stores, authorized stores) in the jurisdiction, formulate sales plans, drive the achievement of sales targets, and increase the market share of the jurisdiction.
Regional store operation management: Ensure the implementation and inspection of daily operation management standards for stores in the jurisdiction, follow up and deliver market activities, and enhance the brand image.
Regional business stakeholder communication: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform to collaboratively advance regional business development; meanwhile, establish sound cooperative relationships with regional partners (authorized store operators, suppliers, etc.).
Regional store planning and expansion: Be responsible for the system planning and establishment of stores in the jurisdiction, and cooperate with the store expansion team to achieve the regional store establishment targets.
Qualifications
More than 5 years of working experience in the retail industry and over 3 years of regional management experience; candidates with experience in the consumer electronics industry are preferred.
Proficient in the retail operation models of the international market, with successful cases of regional business expansion and management.
