Role Description This is a full-time, on-site District Manager role based in Kediri. The District Manager oversees branch and field operations within the assigned area, ensuring sales targets, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of supervisors and front-line staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and service quality. The role involves regular visits to partner locations and branches, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards. The District Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams such as marketing, risk, and operations to support local initiatives, optimize processes, and drive sustainable growth in the district.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in district, area, or regional management, preferably in financial services, retail, or FMCG, with a track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Good understanding of risk, compliance, and operational controls, ideally within consumer finance or related industries.
  • Comfort with technology and digital tools for reporting, communication, and performance monitoring.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kediri and to travel frequently within the assigned district.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and respectful business practices.
