Job Description :
  • Conduct direct sales through door-to-door visits, canvassing, and sales activities at events or exhibitions.
  • Identify and develop new customers to achieve company sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store partners.
  • Monitor and conduct routine visits to assigned offline stores.
  • Follow up on sales leads and manage negotiations through to closing.
  • Introduce and educate customers on the company's products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues by providing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve overall sales targets.
Job Qualifications :
  • Proficient in Mandarin (both conversational and written/administrative communication).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willing to work in the field and conduct regular visits to offline stores across assigned areas.
