About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Distribution Center Staff to support daily Distribution Center and distribution center operations. This role is responsible for handling goods movement, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment activities in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and service level requirements.
What You Will Do
- Handle daily Distribution Center activities, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Perform accurate inventory handling and system transactions in WMS / ERP
- Conduct physical stock checks and cycle counts as assigned
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of goods
- Follow Distribution Center safety, security, and standard operating procedures
- Support housekeeping activities based on 5S standards
- Assist supervisors in maintaining productivity and service level targets
- Report operational issues, damages, or discrepancies promptl
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (certifications in related area will be a plus)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Distribution Center, logistics, or distribution operations
- Basic understanding of Distribution Center processes and inventory handling
- Able to perform physical work and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends if required
- Basic computer skills (WMS / ERP experience is an advantage)
- Strong discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail
