Distribution Centre Manager – Pharma Industry

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Centre / Warehouse / Logistics Manager to lead and optimize distribution centre operations for pharmaceutical products. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and reliable supply chain processes while maintaining product quality and service excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Distribution Centre Manager / Warehouse Manager / Logistics Manager / Fulfillment Manager within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, distribution, or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in managing pharmaceutical distribution operations with strong understanding of CDOB (Good Distribution Practice) requirements.
• Experience with CDAKB (Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices) compliance will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Experience in managing pharmaceutical product storage, handling, and transportation requirements.
• Proven ability to lead warehouse teams, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, service level, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to be based at Cikarang, Bekasi - Jawa Barat

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Distribution Centre and warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant product distribution.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with CDOB standards and applicable pharmaceutical distribution requirements.
• Support compliance with CDAKB requirements for medical device distribution (if applicable).
• Drive improvements in warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, service level, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams to achieve business targets.
• Ensure proper implementation of warehouse procedures, documentation, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction
