This position will be based across Indonesia.
Description:
- Supervise administrative teams across 23 Distribution Centers, ensuring compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, overdue balances, and collections to achieve AR targets.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in Odoo in line with company regulations.
- Oversee accurate bank reconciliations by customer and invoice number.
- Manage cash flow for each Distribution Center.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards for AR, Collection, and Panjer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Odoo and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
