- Work closely with senior management and be part of the team that drives Shopee's business growth through identifying and implementing solutions
- Own and drive high-impact projects across variety of business verticals
- Identify and create improvement or strategic expansion ideas specific to Shopee to maintain sustainability and competitive edge
- Deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on and pragmatic approach
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
- Minimum 6+ years of working experience in any industry, and additional experience in management consulting would be a plus
- Ability to demonstrate strong experience in strategic project management and/or people management
- Ability to think creatively, identify, build support for innovative solutions and communicate complex ideas effectively
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analyzing complex, large scale data sets
- Comfortable working with multiple projects and dealing with different stakeholders
- Solid functional knowledge in their own area of expertise (preferred experience includes, but is not limited to, strategy, business development, supply chain, project management, marketing, etc)
