Establishing a quality system that is appropriate for the company based on the company's needs and business continuity while being responsible for managing the quality system to create quality excellence standards.
Establishing quality standards based on customer expectation while providing direction and development in maintaining quality standards in every operational process, especially at critical stages, to ensure that the process and product output have quality according to standards.
Responsible for all laboratory testing processes as well as developing methods, materials, and equipment in the process to run effectively and be measured accurately.
Establish a quality development strategy for suppliers according to the company's business needs to ensure the quality of both materials and the fulfillment process.
Provide guidance on handling customers in relation to product quality and manufacturing processes, through effective communication and building positive relationships so it will create a mutual cooperation.
Manage department performance (set targets, prepare plans, monitor and evaluate) including support to the business development to align with company targets and achieve department targets.
Set a strategy on how to form an organization that can support the development of the company organization so that it can contribute maximally to business growth.
Compile performance reports that include work results, problem solving, improvement plans, and progress of projects/ assignments carried out in the department accurately and within the specified time.
Implementing programs that have been established by the company, including but not limited to Culture, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and 5S, to create a good and productive working relationships and environment.
Qualifications:
Formal Education : Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical) or Science with related experience.
Experience in all spectrum of Quality in certain manufacturing such as automotive, electronics, cigarette, pharmaceuticals, or medical devise. With more than 15 years experience in managerial level and strategic role.
Good in analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, leadership, high self driven, concern for order, organizational awareness, management complain.
Familiar in production quality process, management system, TQM, quality supplier audit, quality audit, etc.
