Director (PJP3)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall company strategy, operations, and performance
• Ensure full compliance with regulations from Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK
• Oversee regulatory reporting, audits, and licensing requirements
• Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators, partners, and stakeholders
• Drive operational efficiency across all business functions
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks
• Lead and develop high-performing leadership teams
• Identify new business opportunities within the fintech and payment ecosystem
• Ensure company readiness in a fast-changing regulatory and industry landscape

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10+ years of experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, or financial services
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's payment system regulations and PJP licensing framework
• Proven experience working with or coordinating with Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK
• Prior leadership experience at senior management or director level
• Strong background in compliance, risk management, and operational governance
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and execution capability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated fintech environment
• Experience in a licensed PJP company is highly preferred
