Director of Studies

We are looking for a Director of Studies (DoS) to join our team in Palu.

As DoS, you will work closely with the Center Director to support the academic goals of the centre, develop and support teachers, and ensure smooth academic operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the academic goals and KPIs of the centre
• Guiding and mentoring teachers
• Coordinating class schedules and academic activities
• Leading teacher training and development
• Conducting teacher induction, observation, and performance evaluation
• Supporting student placement, demo lessons, and teacher coordination
• Working closely with the Sales and Service teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years of English teaching experience
• Experience teaching learners aged 3–18
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or academic coordination is a plus
• Indonesian Citizen
• Willing to relocate to Palu
