Director of Student Development & Alumni Engagement

A strategic leadership position focused on shaping future-ready graduates. The Director will lead and integrate student and alumni services across academic and non-academic dimensions through strategic planning, program execution, and quality assurance. This role is central to advancing the university's mission of cultivating academic excellence, godly character, and global competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Min. Master's degree in Management, Education, or related field.
• At least 7 years of work experience in student affairs management
• Candidates with background in lecturing will be highly valued
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and Godly character
• Understand Biblical Worldview and Faith-Learning Integration: able to integrate Biblical Worldview into teaching and learning process
• Proficient in English both spoken & written
