DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING KCLUB UBUD

Location: Ubud, Bali

K-Club Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) to lead all sales and marketing initiatives at K-Club Ubud, our award-winning luxury resort nestled in the heart of Bali's jungle.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, and market presence while working closely with operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility.
  • Oversee all sales channels including direct sales, OTA partnerships, corporate accounts, travel agents, and strategic collaborations.
  • Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and performance targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve high performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and operational teams to align commercial strategies with guest experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing communications and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Native spoken/written Bahasa Indonesia and fluent in English communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role within a hotel or resort environment.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
