This position will be placed in one of Paramount's business units in the hotel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase occupancy, and strengthen the hotel's market positioning.
- Lead and oversee all sales, marketing, digital marketing, and revenue generation initiatives to achieve business targets.
- Expand and manage sales channels including corporate clients, travel agents, online travel agents (OTA), and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify business opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to ensure high performance and achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1015 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategy, revenue management, and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- A high-drive, results-oriented individual with strong motivation to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang.
