Director of sales Luxury Hospitality
Location: Bali (with Jakarta oversight) | Global Market Focus
An exceptional opportunity exists for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the global commercial strategy for two distinctive luxury hotel properties based in Bali.
We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for sustainability, who can accelerate growth across key international markets and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ADR and occupancy
- Build and lead a high-performance sales team across Bali and Jakarta
- Expand presence across international markets (North America, EU/UK, LATAM, Asia) through luxury travel trade networks
- Strengthen partnerships with leading travel consortia and membership programs (e.g. American Express, Virtuoso, Serendipians)
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to enhance brand visibility, drive demand, and ensure ROI on all sales activity
- Champion the brand's regenerative and sustainability ethos in all commercial partnerships
About You
- 810+ years senior sales leadership experience within global luxury hotels
- Proven success driving market expansion and leading commercial teams across Asia-Pacific and global markets
- Expertise in FIT, Groups and weddings, with deep knowledge of the luxury travel trade
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and ROI analysis
- Strategic, influential and passionate about sustainable hospitality
