Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement India outbound sales strategies for South East Asia region.
  • Capture demand across FITS, Groups, and MICE segments.
  • Identify new revenue streams, key accounts, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with revenue management on pricing and promotions.
  • Work with marketing teams on campaigns and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications

  • Willing to be based in New Delhi or Mumbai, local candidate preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience in hospitality with proven success in senior roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
