Role Description
Your Day-to-Day
People
Lead daily sales activities, staffing, and team performance
Coach, train, and set development goals for colleagues
Foster a strong, connected work environment
Build and maintain key client relationships
Guest Experience & Marketing
Manage group bookings and coordinate with hotel departments
Lead marketing initiatives to promote hotel services
Strengthen the hotel's profile in the community and with media
Drive sustainable (green) initiatives and marketing opportunities
Partner with agencies and vendors to support brand identity
Responsible Business
Identify and resolve issues affecting sales and marketing performance
Represent the hotel within the local community and media when needed
Financial
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
Support budgeting and marketing plans
Implement strategies to grow occupancy, rates, F&B, and events
Produce reports, forecasts, and market analysis
Organize events, sales blitzes, and attend trade shows
Qualifications
5+ years of senior Sales & Marketing experience in luxury hospitality, ideally with pre-opening exposure.
Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of driving performance.
Proven ability to create and execute sales and marketing strategies that increase revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
Solid understanding of luxury service standards and market trends, including digital marketing and branding.
