Develop and lead the overall Sales & Marketing strategy, including action plans, KPIs, and budget allocation, while translating the strategies into comprehensive operational plans to achieve the company's revenue and business targets.
Direct, monitor, and evaluate the execution of sales programs and marketing initiatives across multiple channels to strengthen brand positioning and maximize property sales performance.
Lead and manage all sales and marketing operations, ensuring effective campaign utilization and delivering an excellent customer journey and experience through strong, professional, and responsive customer relationships.
Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of sales and marketing performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and transparency to support management decision-making.
Manage and develop the Sales & Marketing team, including performance monitoring, training participation, leadership development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with internal departments (product development, finance, and project management) and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and investors to ensure alignment between product readiness, marketing strategy, and sales execution.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related major. A Master's degree (preferably S2 from a reputable overseas university) will be highly advantageous.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the property / real estate industry, with minimum 10 years in senior leadership / director roles demonstrating strong leadership in large-scale organizations.
Proven track record in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Extensive exposure to premium property products, particularly landed residential and commercial developments, with deep understanding of positioning high-value assets in competitive markets.
Well-established network with property agencies, brokers, and banking/financial institutions, enabling strategic partnerships that accelerate sales performance and financing accessibility for customers.
Strong business acumen with experience in feasibility studies, project evaluation, and financial analysis with exposure to Business Development will be highly beneficial.
