The Director of Operations leads and oversees the end-to-end operations of the Industrial Estate, ensuring efficient estate management, reliable infrastructure, high tenant satisfaction, and full regulatory compliance. This role drives operational excellence, service quality, and long-term development of the industrial estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operational strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee daily estate operations, including utilities, infrastructure, maintenance, security, and environment.
- Ensure tenant service quality, handle major issues/complaints, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
- Manage compliance related to industrial estate regulations, environment (AMDAL), safety, and government permits.
- Direct infrastructure and development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely execution.
- Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with government agencies, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams and promote a safety-first culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years experience in industrial estate, property, or infrastructure operations, with at least 5–8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of estate operations, infrastructure, utilities management, HSE, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
