Job Description

The position leads the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies, tools, and creative solutions within the agency. This role bridges creativity, technology, and business objectives to enhance creative production, operational efficiency, and innovation across campaigns, content creation, and client services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the agency's AI strategy aligned with business and creative goals.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into creative workflows, content production, marketing, and operations.
  • Lead AI-powered innovation initiatives for campaigns, branding, design, video, copywriting, and digital experiences.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools, platforms, and emerging technologies relevant to the creative industry.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Tech teams to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
  • Establish best practices and governance for responsible and ethical AI usage.
  • Train and mentor internal teams on AI tools, prompt engineering, automation, and AI-assisted creative processes.
  • Work closely with clients to propose AI-enhanced creative solutions and innovation strategies.
  • Oversee AI-related vendors, partnerships, and external technology providers.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities related to AI and creative technology.
  • Ensure data privacy, copyright compliance, and brand safety in all AI-generated outputs.
  • Measure and report the impact of AI implementation on efficiency, quality, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in creative agencies, digital marketing, innovation, or AI-related leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools such as OpenAI, Adobe AI tools, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in content creation, automation, design, media, and marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI ethics/governance.
  • Ability to balance creativity, technology, and commercial objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI systems or automation within a creative or media environment.
  • Understanding of machine learning concepts, APIs, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience in digital transformation or innovation leadership.
  • Portfolio or case studies showcasing AI-driven creative initiatives.
